Installation takes about 15 minutes with only an adjustable wrench — no plumber or drilling needed. Turn off water, remove toilet seat, install the bidet, attach the T-adapter, and reconnect.

Is the water cold? Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The E1 uses unheated tap water with fully adjustable pressure. It is gentle on sensitive skin. The X1 Smart Seat adds warm water for extra comfort.
